For safety, hygiene, and consumer protection reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been worn or used beyond reasonable inspection.
A product is considered used if it shows evidence of wear or use, including but not limited to:

Noticeable odor, residue, or contamination

Protective seals or labels removed

Scratches, damage, or altered condition
Reasonable inspection is permitted. This includes opening the package to visually examine the product without wearing or using it.
3. ELIGIBLE RETURNS

All original packaging, labels, and accessories are included

Product is returned in original condition

This does not limit your rights in cases of defective, damaged, or materially non-conforming products.
6. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Based on our assessment, we may offer troubleshooting, a replacement, or a refund.
We may request reasonable troubleshooting steps before approving a replacement or refund.

8. RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount, where permitted.
9. REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund.
